A Dallas native, Cheryl Washington is the founder and Executive Director of BOSI, Beautified Outwardly Satisfied Inwardly. Cheryl attended school in Dallas ISD and graduated from W.H. Adamson in 1984. After High School Cheryl attended Mountain View Junior College where she received an Associate degree in Administrative Management.  Cheryl has used her skills in management and has served in numerous programs, teaching, facilitating, and conducting various workshops. She also volunteered to conduct various sessions afterschool for the Spirit team of Permenter Middle School in Cedar Hill, Tx. She is an Alumni of the 2003 graduating class of Pathway to Purpose Ministry (PWP), under the leadership of Cynthia Mickens. She is a Gospel Recording Artist, songwriter, and singer. She debuted her album,” God Knows” on KHVN Heaven 97 Home Grown Gospel in Dallas, Texas November 12, 2011. She completed the Recognition of Entrepreneurial Achievement with Operation Jump Starts at Cedar Valley Junior College in December 2013. In addition to her many talents, Cheryl is a licensed Professional Cosmetologist of 28 years, she continues volunteering her time assisting Desoto Public Library with teen events and programs. Cheryl is a member of Harvest Fellowship Baptist Church, where Dr. Ed Johnson III is Pastor. She serves as the Director of Worship, Praise and Worship Leader and Finance Team Member.  She is a certified Blended Mental Health First Aid. MHFA.  After experiencing her own personal hardship and challenges she realized that women struggle with self-worth and acceptance. She always finds a way to combine her business mindset with her desire to encourage and empower women. She’s known for her passion, warmth, lovely spirit, and transparency.
